職務内容	・Lead the execution of marketing plans and supervision processes for licensees and clients in the English-speaking and Korean markets, through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, sales estimation, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. ・Collaborate with internal teams, such as talent managers, operations teams, and marketing teams, in English or Korean to ensure seamless execution of projects. ・Stay updated on trends in the VTuber and gaming industries to inform business strategies. ・Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop licensing strategies that align with business goals and the market trends in English and Korean-speaking regions.
